The AI Strategy Session is a single forty-five minute working session with me, focused on your business and nothing else. We examine how your operations actually run, identify where AI fits, and assess feasibility, dependencies, and realistic return before you commit to building anything.
This is a working session, not a sales call. You are paying for a deliverable, not an introduction.

Every session ends with a written AI Strategy Report, delivered within a week. The report is the thing you bought. It stays with you whether you ever work with Hihnala again or not.

The Strategy Session is the right place to start for established businesses that know AI should be part of their next twelve months and want a clear, honest plan before spending money on it. It's for owners who have heard enough vendor pitches and want one conversation with someone who has no product to sell them. Most clients arrive with a general sense that AI matters and leave with a specific sense of what to do about it.
The session runs forty-five minutes, held remotely. Before we meet, I ask you to complete a short written briefing about your business and current operations. No preparation beyond that is required.
The written report is delivered within seven days of the session. You then have fourteen days of email access for clarifying questions on the report itself, at no additional cost.
The Strategy Session is not implementation. It does not include building, integrating, or configuring any AI tool. Work that follows from the report is scoped separately under a Solutions engagement. The session is also not a free consultation — it is paid, deliverable-driven work, and it is treated that way on both sides.
